The project “DEPOSIT 2.0” concerns with storage media that preserve real and abstract values: Digital storage media and extreme material compression - and the reflection of all these - also socially determind values / value attributions. A focus is on what we ascribe a value to and how we secure these values.
Presented as a potential, archaeological view from the future on our present.

A very important material here is porcelain - to create casts from objects, that present this artefacts from our present. Within the framework of the project, various works were created so far, which can be seen in the video as parts of an installative work. (more photos / more precise description of the individual artworks coming soon) DEPOSIT 2.0 is an ongoing project.
